What do you SEEK?

What do you SEEK?

Power story by Cordelia Gaffar, Emotions Opener Transformation Strategist (https://www.cordeliagaffar.com/)

I had to call myself out in the middle of  my Raise Your Vibration Mini Retreat yesterday. During the two hour session we learned about vibration and how to change it on a cellular and spiritual level. When we got to the part about voice, I shared an old story that I had forgotten was there which is still operating on a subconscious level and caused a change in my physical state. I had to stop and walk myself through a lesson being witnessed by this intimate group of 7 women. The objective was to seek for MY TRUTH and create a new reality with my words and by reprogramming my muscle memory.

As you grow up there are different experiences which become defining moments. Although we often hear that most of them happen before the age of seven, the truth is that the ones that shut down your voice and define your adulthood happen between the ages of 12-15. This is the age of reinforcing your life path. Do you remember an incident which you in the moment consciously decided, “I will never ever tell anyone my true heart’s desire” or “I will never show myself true self again”, or maybe “Now that I know no one cares or sees me, I will do whatever it takes to be someone else”?

There are many variations of what we choose in that moment. In my case, I choose to silence my voice and redirect my energy towards what other’s find more acceptable attributes of my personality and being. Yesterday I was confronted with showing up powerfully with my voice and overcoming it IN THE MOMENT or to continue to hide! Wow! Can you imagine my absolute FEAR to be in that space again after decades of hiding AND in front of my clients at my own event! I did it! I did it for me, for the healing of my voice, for the reprogramming of my muscle memory and by extension for the women now witnessing and holding space for me. It was the most powerful redefining I have ever experienced and one of the women said,”that is great leadership and a powerful model of what to do when we experience that, Thank you!”

It was the most powerful part of the whole retreat!

The most powerful message I am sharing with you today is that you can take a moment and pause for the cause of reprogramming no matter what is happening. The most important thing to remember is that you always have an opportunity to heal. You always have a choice to reveal yourself or to remain hidden. Choose what gives you life and helps you to lean deeply into growing as a leader.

So my question to you today is are you seeking your truth? …Truly seeking rebirth? WHAT do you SEEK?
